Your courier contract stays yours
Ferry does not resell delivery. Waybills are issued under your own contract with the courier, at your own rates, and the courier invoices you directly.
What you pay, and to whom
To the courier — the price of each shipment, under the contract you signed with them. That money moves between you and the courier. Ferry does not collect it, does not hold it, and takes no percentage of it.
To Ferry — your monthly plan and any waybills beyond the ones it includes. This is charged through Shopify, alongside your other apps.
Where to sign up
You need at least one. More couriers means more choice for your customer — Ferry works with all of them at once.

Terms and rates are between you and the courier. Ferry takes no part in the negotiation and receives no commission.
Before you have a contract
Econt runs a demo environment and Ferry ships with it built in. Connect Econt in Test mode — no credentials needed — and walk the whole path: order, office selection, waybill, label, tracking. No real shipment leaves, and nothing is charged.
